Oh, swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.
There are people heading,
toward you,
with scientific machines.
Oh, swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.
~~~~
Oh, Swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.
scanning how you work,
and how you form.
Plus they chase you,
for fun and science.
Oh, swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.
~~~~
Oh, swirling tornado,
What is I saw you.
With hours of driving,
People find you.
With cars that survive,
your winds.
Storm chasers as scientists,
Chase you all the time to study you.
Oh, swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.
I WOULD BE A STORM CHASER!
There are people heading,
toward you,
with scientific machines.
Oh, swirling Tornado,
What if I saw you.

Wallow in the Wonder:
I came from nowhere,
ReplyDeleteor not from a place you know,
dust and wind gusts and
changing weather fronts,
and where I am and where I will go
is something only I may know,
for I am the swirling tornado.
-- Thanks for bringing me into the mind of the storm for a poem -- Mr. Hodgson
